Oportunidad dorada para que Cubillos impulse los proyectos ( bastante interesantes por cierto ) de su Fuerza. Up grade de los u 209, expancion de la flota de ala rotatoria, modernización de sams para las padillas, incremento de la capacidad de fuego de la infamar entre otros.
